They mess up more orders than they get actually get correct. The staff is rude and condescending. I've honestly TRIED to give this place chance after chance and EVERY time they completely fail, at just putting the correct items in the order....it's honestly not that complicated and yet, they make you wonder who ties all their shoes every day....

We were ordering once or twice weekly, but our take out orders were always wrong so we stopped going there. Went back today, after a year, and it’s worse!! Not only were we missing items, the chicken was cold and dark chocolate colored from being over cooked. Never again.

I love their food so much. I was EXTREMELY disappointed when they got rid of a bunch menu items recently and i may not get over that but i still find things that i really enjoy. This particular location always seems to forget to give us the cookies i order for some reason but they give us extra cookies whenever they forget them.

Very very bad experience. Bad customer service with bad attitude. Not sure what went wrong. KFC had always been a great place. Unfortunately this particular store is so bad. No respect to the client, hang up in the middle of drive thru order and being really mean while handing out food. I think management has to do something about it. Totally disappointed with this store. Guess I will not visit this store again.

In short this place is Ok. They always forget my sauce whenever I go to this kfc location, I never understand why though epically since they'll ask me what sauce I would like at the window. Other then that the staff can be rude for no reasons sometimes :l.
