Place had all my party needs just had daughter's birthday went awesome they had everything ready for me when got there very helpful I will get all my party supplies Here from now on great place
Lots of products, service was good however their system shut down a few times and the balloon I purchased didnt stay inflated for more then 3 hours. It was ok at best
Had what I went in for and even more. Micheal was a great help when I needed to rush out for a dr's appt and ditch my cart for an hour.
The staff is great. lil expensive but almost everything you can ever want
I was on a huge time crunch and I called to place an order from the Bangor, Maine location. They did not have my original order but an employee there, Luz, took the time to help me design a new balloon theme. She was so patient and kind. 5 stars for customer service!!
