Love this local store! The Not So Empty Nest has a great selection of made in Maine decor and products and the store is always so beautifully decorated. Prices are great and the staff is always helpful and friendly!

Even out here on the West Coast we are comforted these days by the amazing pancakes and syrup from Maine’s “Not So Empty Nest”—but it’s really the daily snapshots of the gorgeous repainted furniture that warms my heart the most. Reminders of the joy my mom instilled in us for the repurposing of good furniture!!! Love the creativity and caring service that comes out of this beautiful store— there are unique handcrafted gifts for everyone!

Originally from Maine, and back visiting from Texas, we stopped here. This is a very nice shop with interesting and unique things. We got some great gifts for friends.
