I left a review yesterday. It was good but then I find out that the account numbers was not put in correctly and my wife’s name was not correct. So if I hadn’t looked and called I may not have received my refund. In your profession this should not happen not happy with this
My husband and I have been going to JH for the last 4-5 years, and we are always happy with our returns. This year may have been a little challenging due to Covid-19, but the office was clean, and they took the time to clean the space in between appointments. The representative made sure that we understood, and and would ask if we had any questions. Not disappointed, we will see JH next year!
I will never use them again they don't honor the worry free guarantee that you pay for and I had a problem with this year taxes and I'm the one doing all the work to get my tax return when it was there mess up that caused me to have to fight with the IRS they don't even have a fax machine to fax paperwork to the irs so I'm not happy and will be turning them over to maine attorney General.
Very pleasant folks. All about my getting a good refund. Good value and super professional.
