A local, quaint Mexican restaurant with meals at reasonable prices with large serving sizes. We were extremely satisfied, and the customer service was also outstanding.

Pretty disappointed and feel ripped off. Honestly I used to eat here a LOT in 2017/2018. In the time passed since I was a Buen Apetito regular I've noticed the prices go up and the quality go down.nn$14.95 for a Burrito Grande (for the uninitiated, 'Grande' is supposed to imply 'Big' in Español). This burrito was anything but - was far smaller than a much cheaper burrito from some place like Chipotle. Notably, my burrito had zero beans in it whereas the OTHER exact same Burrito Grandes in my take-out order *did* have beans. I felt like I got a shoddy, barely filled burrito worth $5 and was fleeced. >:(nnI would love to commend Buen Apetito for the excellent cuisine delivery I was formerly compelled to pull off of 95 on long trips to get, but not so much anymore. I live in Waterville, but won't be frequenting here anytime soon. Also, I picked my food up as soon as it was available and in the 3 minutes it took me to go up College Ave. to get home, my food was cold.

For starters, the menu I saw on Google maps differed markedly in regards to price, dinner cost a lot more than when I ordered. Maybe I saw a lunch menu. I ordered a burrito grand with shredded beef. I was expecting grilled which is totally my bad but I found the beef to be tough and not very flavorful. They provided chips with our takeout order but the salsa seemed to be from a jar and the amount wasn't enough for one person let alone the three of us. They provided an equally small amount of a guacamole type dip with the same level of quality. The potato flautus was a lot better than the beef burritos. For $45 I know I can do better in waterville and or at home.
