I called them to check my septic line report and fix it for me. He sent me two unprofessional men. They read the report and don't know what the problem is. They fixed something else that does not need to be fixed. I hired another company to do this. They didn't say they couldn't do it. I called them. The manager was rude and never listened when I spoke, and he said that was my fault. Bad customer service.
We recently bought a new home. The furnace would not work. Had lots if issues and was submerged in 3 feet of water. We had a different tech come that did a couple of short cuts. Was supposed to come back the next day. He ghosted us. So, we reached out to Bruce J Willette. He promptly had a tech (Justin) and assistant at our home. Within a few hours we were up and running. Everything was completed correctly and professionally. Highly recommend!
