I will give this old man credit on the fact that he was decent when we needed a short-term solution while we were in the process of moving. However, we called the owner of this storage unit 3 days in a row to inform him that we no longer required the storage unit and we would be coming by to drop off the lock key as well as get our twenty-five dollar deposit back. We had to call three days in a row because we believed someone would actually answer the phone, but they don't. No surprise he is a typical Mainer. No decency to call us back and was very rude to the people that give him business.nnIf I were a man, then would you treat me with the same disrespect? We did look for storage closer to our home, but we had no luck; therefore, we were stuck with what we could find.nnI did call the day I was finally clearing out my unit and left a message, but no answer and no returned call. My daughter and I made the long trip to clear out our stuff. We then went to the house of the owner of this storage unit to find he was doing nothing of importance. He was moving garbage from one spot to the next. At what point in those 3 days did you not have time to return a call because you were “busy?” We made this person aware that we would be picking our stuff up on this day and that we wanted our deposit back.nnOn the day of, he said we would have to come back another day to get our deposit because he was “busy” moving junk. He was very disrespectful at this point as well. He had no problem finding the money when my daughter was not going to put up with his BS! What kind of business disrespects its customers like this. I saw in another review that his wife is not much better.nnI would not recommend long term storage at this place. These units are old. And there are a couple of boxes of mouse poison in the units.

They have small lockers to large lockers and you pay monthly!
