The lady who did my taxes was very personal. friendly, helpful. I was an H & R Block fan but after my experience with Jackson and their wonderful staff I will not go anywhere Eles.

Paid a good amount for them to file our taxes after a month I figured out on my own that they didn’t even file our state then we had to ammend our taxes and they made us pay extra to do so. Was very displeased with how much money I wasted for such poor service. I will not go through them ever again.

They we're very helpful and made the whole process very easy for me and when they were done they let me know what to expect and they answered all my questions and they were very informative
