Food is fine. But when delivery is frequently 2 hours or more of a wait than you need to hire more people. And if it an issue of not having enough equipment time to expand. Clearly you have enough buisness... prepare your store for success.

Everytime we order delivery they take longer than they project and the food arrives cold and soggy. I only live two minutes away. The manager sent a coupon via email and then question us on it's validity. When we spoke with them they refuse to give us their first name and claimed to be a manager. When the manager finally go on the phone he tried to defend his employees instead of working on better customer service, Augusta , ME has the worst service. I can't even trust that they don't contaminate the food anymore. Makes me sick to my stomach. I got food poisoning and threw up. I will never order from them again. Fair warning. Dominos was my favorite when I lived in Florida, but the attitudes in Maine are terrible. I have always tipped good. Just not right how customers are treated with such disrespect. You have lost my trust forever. Plenty of other pizza places with better service.

THEY NEVER GIVE THE DRIVERS ENOUGH MONEY TO GIVE YOU PROPER CHANGE BACK...NOT FRICKEN COOL...EVER.

Twice I tried to order at 1130 while they close at 12 that night of the week, got hung up numerous times , tonight I stop in because my phone is dead and am told I can't order inside, okay fine I understand that but for Christ sakes I'm giving u money and willlllll tip u as I work in a restaurant.....thank u to the 1 girl who graciously tried to get me to call from her number as she was on the clock

Won’t let me sign the receipt. That makes me nervous as I used a card to pay for my order, and used a cash tip. They can easily forge a signature and put whatever tip they want. It’s happened before at another restaurant. I won’t be placing anymore orders here till they let me sign for it.
