Great gym and great trainers. Friendly clean and staff always have a smile. Always a comfortable atmosphere.
I'm older ...70's.....and am trying to recover strength after a complex leg surgery. Sharon and Ron gave me a sheet of the machines to take to my therapist...he marked the right machines for me....and Sharon made an appointment with me to instruct me....they have been wonderful. Right now I am not there very long....but hope to increase....therapist also spoke highly of the gym.
I have been attending KV Health Club for over 7 years now. Sharon and Ron offer great tips & knowledge on training and the use of equipment. It is a very friendly atmosphere. I noticed that it is kept up clean pretty good. I always see Ron cleaning the cardio equipment or bleaching the mens room. Sharon is always scrubbing down the pads and handles on the weight equipment downstairs. Over all I am happy with the service at the health club and would tell anyone that is not very comfortable or nervous about joining a club (like I was at first) to stop by and see Ron and Sharon.
Great gym with a large variety of weights/equipment to use. Friendly staff.
