A bumpy start to our usage of this facility. It is not as well maintained as some I've used, but the staff is friendly and the location is convenient.
All American Self Storage is #1 in customer service and quality units. Highly recommend this storage company. The office team were extremely professional and provided superior customer service. Facility is well maintained, safe and clean.
Navigating the place is a unpleasant task, especially with a trailer.
When I moved across the country I rented two storage units, one at All American Storage and another at an unrelated facility. Within a year the non-All American Storage unit got broken into and completely cleaned out. Needless to say, when I came to open my unit at All American Storage after 5 years....I was nervous. Not only was the lock and unit intact, but all my belongings were in great condition, aside from a little dust — which is normal. I was worried about moisture, but everything had stayed dry. The people in the office were always accommodating and helpful. They responded very quickly to emails and voice messages and were always friendly. Thank you for taking such good care of my belongings!
I have had a few storage units over the years. I can honestly say that All American Storage had the friendliest and most professional staff that I have encountered. I used their climate controlled storage and was very satisfied with the units and the security. I would absolutely use them again if I had a need for storage. Again, very friendly and professional group of folks and great climate controlled building.
