Best storage facility in Portland, Maine. Very well maintained. The men that maintain the premises are very good at their jobs. Heated facility, and there is restrooms available for their customers.
Moved into a unit here mid-month, and moved out only a few weeks later. Paul was wonderful and very helpful, he walked us around to find the best unit available and explained the fee structure very well (it can be confusing). Facilities are great and the loading dock is accessible!
Location is easily accessible (although the short road to it is bumpy with cobblestones). A flag flies outside to signal when they are open. Unloading or loading vehicles is also easy. Building is well heated and lit. Many size options for storage units. Costs are reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful (and leaves you alone if you don't need help).
Cleared all my stuff out of there a couple of months ago... Currently enjoying paying $100 a month to store the little bit of trash I left behind because I'm to lazy to go remove it.nGreat customer service.nHelpful and courteous.
I would give them a zero if I could! I stored my stuff with them a few years ago during and move and they were great but this business has gone seriously downhill. They have a ridiculous reservation policy (if you could call it a policy, I'm still not clear on what it is since they told me multiple different things) that is not flexible if you are planning a move.nnI wanted to support a local business and go back to vendor I had previously worked with, but no way am I ever trying to work with these people again! Consumer be warned!
