Good smoothie selection, healthy food choices. Prices too high
Went in to order a couple smoothies, place was empty. I waited at least 10 minutes in an empty restaurant while the staff went about their day. When I finally went back to the counter to check on my order, the smoothies were seemingly ready to go. Let's hope the smoothies are worth the bad service.nnUpdate 4/10/2021:nnTropical Smoothie is in great need of better leadership, customer service and employee's who practice active listening. Waiting and incredibly long time for their staff to complete our order ( we had ordered two Sandwiches but apparently the person taking out order only heard one and did not repeat the order back) Standing in their store front while other customers order and get their food in slow confusing manor by the staff is difficult to watch.nnI won't be giving them anymore more business due to their lack of any form of leadership, work ethic, efficiency and completely missing the marks on customer service and the customer experience.
My girlfriend ordered online and we still had to wait 15 minutes for our smoothies.
The flatbread I purchased was fine. My smoothie, on the other hand, this place didn't add the extra sugar I requested.
I ordered online thinking it would be faster as the line was around the corner and I’m on my lunch break. The order said 10 minutes it will be ready. I waited 15, and then walked in, they just let the phone ring & ring. All kids working there. Waited another 5 minutes at the counter before I was acknowledged, was then told its being made. Ok. So a few minutes later, another girl asks doesn’t respond and walks away. 10 minutes later she comes back with 3 smoothies and asks me if I need a tray. I ordered ONE smoothie with my ONE meal. They messed it up, gave me 2 meals and no smoothie. Thanks. What a way to ruin my lunch break oh & I was 20 minutes late back to work.
