This is THE BEST Mexican food in Greater Portland. We are from Oklahoma and we LOVE Mexican (Tex-Mex) food. The family and friends that operate this place are Amazing. Do yourself a favor and give Guerrero Maya a try!!!
This unassuming location is one of the best meals in the state. We asked the waitress for recommendations and her suggestions were amazing. We had better meals here than during our visit to Mexico. The restaurant was clean and felt safe during this time of COVID as all safety protocols were followed. The location is family friendly.
Dropped in on a whim. Has a divey feel which I dig. It seems pricey til you see the size of the portions, which are massive. Drinks are strong, food is top shelf, wait staff has their visits to the table timed perfectly, and the general vibe totally fits the picture. Glad I stopped in.
We had the fajita nachos with steak and chicken, oh my! They didn't disappoint! This is enough for two people. Loaded with meat, fried onions, fried green peppers and lots of cheese! We will be back. We had an awesome waitress but unfortunately didn't get her name.
