Always great. The food is consistent and very good. I've been going here almost weekly for several years. I've never had issues with my order, service has always been fast.
Missing food
Best Chinese food available, bar none. Fresh, cooked to perfection, and did I say Fresh? Happy Garden has it going on. Try the general tso's chicken, the poo poo platter and the beef with broccoli. I'm hungry again just writing this post.
We ordered sesame beef and Singapore Mei Fun. Taste great. We happily placed another same order and again taste great. Highly recommend!
Was visiting my daughter at MECA and went to two restaurants before going to the Happy Garden. There was a 2 hour wait at both of the other Chinese restaurants. So I was worried at first when they said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I was ordering for 8 people. Not only were the portions large but delicious. I mean really good. This will be a stop every time I visit the Portland area. And the host was very friendly. Referred to me by name from the order I placed. Wonderful experience.
