As always Berlin City was accommodating and listened to questions / concerns and addressed them timely and professionally. Berlin City discussed what was going to be done and the costs prior to beginning service so there would be no surprises.n2 thumbs up for Berlin City proactive physical distancing protocols and cleanliness of their facilities.
The dealership serviced two recalls on my 2012 Honda Fit. They were very welcoming even though this is not where I get my regular servicing. Everything was done quickly. Very positive experience. The next time I'm in the market for a Honda it will be with Berlin City.
From questions to the final drive home it was a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to drive away happy and with a car I know I wanted and will be safe in.
