Blonde worker with glasses at Fort Williams location was quite rude to us and seemed unhappy to be working there.
The best Gelato I've had since first having it in Italy years ago. Stumbles across this place when we came to Portland on vacation, and now that we live in Maine we make it a point to stop by every time we are downtown. Absolutely lovely people who work here, the cannoli's are superb, service is quick and it is always a joy to come here.
Its as close to Italy as you're gonna get! The selection is very good, the portions are slightly bigger than you would get in Italy (which is PERFECT!) and the tastes are simply amazing. Remember its not about stuffing yourself but about having a fantastic treat that you won't forget for quite some time! Loads of deep and rich flavors, great aromas, and very high quality made from great ingredients. Rest assured you will get plenty to enjoy. Oh, their coffees are very good too.nnThis is my third time here and I shall continue to visit and support this store. Love it!

I’ve been to Italy a couple of times and let me tell you, this gelato makes me feel like I’m right back there. The server was hilarious and very welcoming. Make sure you try the “gorgeous” gelato... it’s beautiful.
