Hours for this store listed were supposed to be open until 3:30pm. After security, I walked by and saw a line, so I used to restroom first. Upon returning to the store, I was told they were closed, though there were people in line. It was 1:50pm. Having to travel the next 8 hours, all I wanted was a warm sandwich. What store closes at 1:50pm? I told the barista all I wanted was a sandwich, as she was grabbing one for another customer out of the fridge. She said “sorry, we are closed.” I said “please, all I want is a sandwich and I’m paying with the app. It will only take a second, please.” Her response was “I’m sorry, I can’t. I’m tired.” That immediately rubbed me the wrong way. Arbitrarily closing the line/store and refusing service due to a barista being tired is unacceptable. Ultimately, she did allow me to purchase the $6 breakfast sandwich, but it was not a pleasant experience.

Got a drink it was not what I ordered. Looked like water it was supposed to be a refresher. The new guy clearly didn’t know what he was doing. The lady on register was rude and giving attitude. Not worth 4 bucks for a small amount of beverage. I alway watched them make my drink in a dirty mixer cup. Looked like it hadn’t been washed since last and week my drink smells like vape juice

Ah, a 7 am flight and there's Starbucks:) time for my Morning Coffee (Black, no Sugar), some Coffe Cake (warmed up please) and a Veterans Discount (Vietnam). Now that's the way to start your Disney Cruise, Disney World Vacation. Also, a very friendly staff for it being so early in the Morning.

Starbucks at the Portland Jetport is a good place to get a coffee, drink, or snack. It is one of the best places to stop at the Jetport and is conveniently located in the middle of the terminal and makes it easy to get to whether you are coming or going. The service is very friendly and efficient and they work hard to complete your order once it is given. The line moves very fast and you will have everything that you need before you know it. This Starbucks does a really good job and is great for where it is and all that it accomplishes.

We visited the Starbucks in the Portland Jetport. Our meal was incorrect we specifically mentioned no egg and it was on the actual receipt with salad with egg on it. It had to go back and be redone. Little mistakes like this cause the rest of the eating party to feel bad and either eat ahead and leaving the lone person to get their mail sometime later while everyone is done. You need to stress the importance of accuracy. I mean we are paying $6 for a egg bacon cheese sandwich.
