Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Nice staff but the trampolines aren't bouncy enough for a tripe flip or big enough

In normal life, we love going here. It’s great for kids and offers a great indoor alternative for gross motor play. HOWEVER: if you are remotely cautious about COVID, I would highly recommend you avoid Urban Air for a while. They are EXTREMELY lax about safety protocol. They do not enforce mask (tons of mask-less adults and older kids... none of the employees say anything). A kid vomited while we were there and I asked the manager how they were handling it and he said “oh he was just spinning; I’m sure he’s fine.” The kid (who was about 12 or 13) was not asked to leave and remained mask-less. They also took their time cleaning it up and made little effort to keep other children away from the mess. If they have a max occupancy, I’d be surprised. The place was crawling. So — yeah, great place when there isn’t a global pandemic. Or if you’re one of those cavalier folks who wants to be crowded into a space with others who don’t care about the risk of transmission. But like I said, if you’re remotely concerned about exposure, you will be very anxious here.

Fun for the whole family! Special areas designated for tiny children. It is awesome to have a healthy, family friendly place to bring my grandchildren on a rainy or cold day! They both like different activities and have found their joy!

My children's favorite place to get there energy out, parents... need a good night sleep? Bring your children here before dinner and enjoy ur morning sleeping in! Wonderful with your children as well.

We had a blast!! My 6 year old and his friend didn't want to leave!! They had alot of snacks and drinks to choose from, lots of space to run around in, and it was cool in there! Lots of places to sit and rest, I took advantage of the massage chair, it was $5 for 15.minutes!! We will be back ud83dude0a
