I have been doing business with Macomber and Palanza for two years now. Multiple businesses, IRS requests and lots of questions have come up along the way. I was treated with respect, the entire office made me feel comfortable asking questions. I feel very confident in the ability of this office. Taxes are important. Wouldn't want to do it any other way!nStewart is the best!

I worked with John for over 10 years... I got great experience and customer service for a great price from a totally trust-worthy person. Over the last several years, however, response speed and follow-through began to deteriorate; and suddenly firm ownership changed hands, causing even worse performance issues... and to top it off, prices more than doubled in 2018, and it no longer felt like I was working with a mom-and-pop place... instead, it felt like a big accounting firm. It is probably their strategy to keep bigger clients and de-prioritize smaller ones, which I felt. Moving on!!

Stew took the time to review every aspect of my taxes, to include several past returns and combined with my overall financial plan, he helped me make appropriate decisions. Beware, this smalltown feel accounting firm has turned big city firm with a big city fee. Be careful with those phone calls you will now be charged. We will be moving on.
