100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! They ruined my sister's hair and said they would redo it at no charge then charged her $113 for it to be ruined for a third time. Owner refuses to make things right or give any refund and hung up on me.

Students are very nice. Good for new styles and great hair products. Most instructors very proffessional. Sometimes long wait for student review with instructors however pretty good experience overall.

I called for an appointment multiple times and left messages which weren't returned over two separate weeks. Finally connected with a human after 3+ calls, set up appointment following day. At the salon, I was informed they're not taking cash. The floor instructor/manager insists that this is my fault, and I'm somehow being unreasonable. I ask how they're going to prevent this from happening in the future, she insists that this is my fault. I ask for another person or manager, and she tells me to call back again to speak to the owner.nnThings happen with pandemic standards. Mistakes happen. When a mistake happens, it needs to be addressed and compensated for. I'm incredibly disappointed, the students have always done a great job on my services, but the complete lack of professionalism gives me pause. I would not continue to go to a professional stylist that treated me that way, and students should know that.nnI will update if I get a call back from the manager/owner.

Robbed me of $13,000.00 after conning me into signing a contract with them during covid. No services ever received.
