Campground Control Station

I have camped in Versailles State Park three times throughout the past few years. I've always been impressed by the presence of the friendly park rangers in the campgrounds. This is a very well maintained park, it's always clean. The bathhouses are the cleanest out of any park I've camped. Beautiful, safe, family oriented, and very kind staff.

Great camping experience. Nice sites with electric. Clean. If u tent camp in mid October, its wise to bring that extra blanket!

Very nice DNR people. Great park, nice camping but the camp showers sure do need an upgrade. BTW ,camp host was great. Sorry to see him leave.

Super friendly people checking you in. Best price on firewood. A milk crate full of firewood, as much as you can stuff in the crate for five bucks. The park employee said that normally it's eight pieces for five. There is no water hook ups at the camp sites so make sure to fill up your tanks with fresh water before you set up.

Wonderful staff. Friendly, more than willing to help.nI had actually running out of gas in my bike. I was somewhere I've never been before. And my phone was dead. It was getting dark. And I had no way of getting ahold of my friend. That was looking for me but wasn't even in the park. They let me charge my phone, let me get a water, and after a funny and friendly conversation with the 2 rangers, that led to the realization I was in the wrong damn park! Lol! The one patrolling at the time actually led me to where I should've been.. wonderful people.. beautiful park.
