Great place to have a reception, beautiful building. Just keep in mind you’ll have to do almost all the work yourself or hire people, the rental fee pretty much only covers the building, tables and chairs, maybe a few other small things. You’ll have to buy or rent table cloths, plates, utensils, decor, etc. You have to get security and insurance if you want alcohol, you have to hire servers unless you want to be clearing and cleaning plates yourself. So if you’re fine with all that, the building is 5 star, but all that work seems maybe not worth it to me.

Very nice place for a wedding reception. Very clean.

My wife and I got married here and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the venue. Management was easy to work with and our guests all had a great time.

Very nice venue, about 15 degrees below zero in there! And a 6 ounce drink costs 5 bucks.

Very beautiful building. Kind small up stairs to host a wedding with dinner and dj. Had to move stuff before they could have the reception. But its definitely a nice place to host events if you have the option to head out that way for around 130people. Some of the bathroom doors wouldn't latch, and theres a few steps to get upstairs when the bathroom is only downstairs. And the lighting wasn't the best either for pictures we wish we knew how to turn the center spot lights on there were conected the the chandelier. If you have alcohol you cant go past the fence. Its pretty much in the dead center of that small town so you can walk and site see all around you. And there granary house is just but 2.5 blocks down the road.
