This storage company is great! Mike is wonderful at the London facility. He made it easy and painless. I would recommend this facility to anyone. It's clean and we'll lit too.
They say you can go into your storage unit from 7 till 9 but 3 times I have arrived a little past 7 and I can’t get in. I run a business and I have stuff stored in my unit that I need but I can’t get in to get it. Call and left message for manager but never hear anything back. I pay my rent every month . I hold up my part of the agreement so why can’t you guys. If you aren’t going to let us in out storage unit until 8 or later then you should advertise that. I think this is very bad business!! It has a code for the gate and it says area close!

I have had my storage there for almost a year, no problems what so ever.. easy payment system over the phone. Curious service from operators
The lock wasn't cut but half of our stuff went missing. Nobody knows how. Must be the workers are crooks. Will never use again. I hate thieves!
