This McDonald’s really has stepped it up. Fast drive through and always hit food. The young manager really stays on top of it and does a great job working always helping. He deserves a raise. 5 stars for Braidwood.

First I placed order in app. Someone else picked order up but couldn't get it because the phone was not there even though I gave them the code. We've done that before at this Mc Donalds. He ended up placing a new order. Ordered 2 hash browns and was charged for each one instead of the 2 for $2. We really wanted 4...2 orders of 2 like was placed in app order. He also asked for the mighty sauce. No problem. Pulled up to window, asked if sauce was in bag, yes it is! Got home, no it isn't. Second time there no sauce with order. Wish they could get their stuff together.

One of the better McDonald's. Employees rarely make mistakes with orders and food is fresh and seasoned unlike some of the busier stores.

Make sure you check what you order because it’s always wrong. They put my name on the list so I can get the right sandwich. I just went back to get the right sandwich and they can’t find my name are you sure it was this McDonald’s. Yes I’m sure because I live in Braidwood only McDonald’s I go to. Worst McDonald’s ever.

Messed up everything asked for 2 egg and cheese sausage biscuits, a burrito.. got two egg and cheese biscuits instead they put the hot sauce in bag but no burrito it's not rocket science to read an order and it was early in morning only me and another person how do u mess up? I want a gift card if not I'm not going back. This isn't the first time. Everytime at this mcdonald's. Maybe u do need a degree to work there.
