Chris was great, he was able to work around the faulty home depot locks that we ended up work even after going to the store for an emergency run during his install. We're so glad we called and could have never done this quality of work ourselves. We feel much safer in our home and he was very nice. Will be using Goldy Locks in the future for any lock installs or fixes.
I closed on my home and later in the day Chris installed the locks on my new home. He was personable, on time, professional, and also taught me things I didn't know about locks. He also convinced me that having one key for all my doors was a good option, and even showed me how it worked when I asked about it. I just replaced 2 lost car key fobs for 2 different cars. Rob cut new keys and programmed both cars in about 15 minutes at 1/3 the price the dealership wanted to charge me. Highly recommend Goldy Locks and I would ask for Rob in Tinley Park or Frankfort (he works out of both shops). I would highly recommend Goldy Locks, very professional and I felt they were trustworthy.
I contacted Goldy Locks with an on line request on Thursday evening and received a call first thing Friday morning. Carl, the technician was out within a half hour of the call Friday morning! Carl was professional and took care of the re-keying very quickly. He was also able to help me recode my garage door opener. Thank you Carl and Goldy Locks for a great experience.
I found myself close to tears after accidentally locking my phone, car keys, Starbucks breakfast and just about everything needed to do my job in my office.
