There's only one manager there that's actually polite and nice.. the others are very rude. I get it its busy or what have you.. but I've worked in fast food, I've worked in customer service for a long time.. no matter the circumstances may be.. its not okay to be rude. Probably need a staff meeting on proper customer service.
awful service almost all the staff there is extremely rude and they refuse to give you your refund. took them almost 25 minute actually get my order and start making it and almost refused to make my order even tho the money came out of my account. absolutely will NOT be returning. don’t waste your time or money at this restaurant!!!
So basically, today [ Nov. 20, 2020 ] I ordered a big mac, with a 10 piece nuggets, and a large fries. At around 7:50-8:05, I returned to my house so that I could eat my food. So I open up the big Mac and I saw that the half of the meat was missing. Do you guys really hink this is acceptable to have a big mac like this? For real, I don't accept this type of stuff.

Good drive thru service especially with all the covid restrictions. Friendly and courteous employees. Good food.
