My first night there and I will be going back! I went very tight, sore and so on, I came out feeling so relaxed and ready for bed! My experience was amazing-loved it, I can't wait to see how I feel in a month
I experienced my first yoga class today. It was great. They were very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will return.
As soon as you walk in the studio you feel welcome and calm. Super clean. The instructors are so knowledgeable. All levels are welcome in the classes and modifications are always suggested. Only yoga place I have stayed with

The staff and instructors at 309 Yoga are very thoughtful and caring. When entering the studio there is a calm, relaxed, friendly and cozy vibe. They truly care about you and your practice and honoring your body. I've never felt pressured by any instructor to do any pose that I was not comfortable with, and the instructors provide modifications as well. I just happened to find out about the studio on Facebook and have been returning for classes just about every week. Their Yin Yoga class with Lisa Deckert is excellent and a great way to start my week relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend 309 Yoga!
