Keys worked perfectly, excellent selection.
The kiosk took considerably long to cut 12 keys about 35 minutes. In addition the higher cost than the previous vendor produces less selection and poorer quality. The keys are aluminum and not brass and the in stock selection in very limitednnWhen I provided feedback on this automated service and my concerns the reply did not adddress my concerns at all and instead compared their prices to a full service locksmith and how convienient their device was.nnThe compeitor has a location literally next door at a lower cost with brass keysnnFinally be very careful about your keys anyone with a photo of the key can have one made -- ( there are reports of this available for your review just search it )nnI have reviewed the reply, and for the 7th time have gotten a canned, automated type response from customer service that has yet to own the problem or demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of my complaint.nnExceptionally disappointing.
I really like the convenience of the kiosk and how nice it cuts 3 keys.nI think it takes too long for 3 keys to be cut .
The machine does not make the keys. It actually take your and your key information then send you your key and your information in an envelope? Realy? Why not put my work schedule in there too. What is worst. They use your information to send you promotion. when I make a key i Want it now, and i don't want your promotions. And for sure i dont want to trust some one with my key. I got way to many letters sent to the wrong adress.
