I’ve only been going to this facility for a few months now and the improvements I’ve made are mind blowing. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to learn boxing, kick boxing, mixed martial arts, or anybody who just wants to get their body right and reach their fitness goals. We love working with Prez on all his work he does.He has been excellent with my son and took good care of him with all the activities they do especially with my son who has special needs and medical needs. He is a great person to work with and the kids just love him. Will continue to work with him.
Was a great experience. Workouts are efficient but kept fun and upbeat. Would definitely recommend and have recommended in the past to all ages. Prez is very versatile and accommodating.
I’ve been going to this gym for the past year and it’s always a pleasure. The atmosphere is very comfortable and fun. The kids and adult classes are ran by prez and there isn’t a better trainer anywhere around.
Actually makes working out fun! Swear I've never laugh so much, yet still stay focused! Highly recommend.
