It’s the best place to work out! Jeremy is an amazing trainer, he listens to your goals and customize a proper fitness plan just for you. He motivates you to monitor your diet and keeps a check on that as well. When I initially started I never used to feel strong and I used to think I won’t be able to reach my goals but then Jeremy kept me motivated and he appreciated my efforts. He knows exactly how and when to push you to challenge yourself. He keeps an eye your form to prevent injuries. The overall vibe of the fitness center is really happy and positive. I can’t wait to resume my workout.

This is not only one of the best gyms I’ve been to, it’s locally owned too! I’ve been training with Jeremy Ferry for over a year now and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made, literally life-changing! The training sessions are individualized, challenging, and get results! Pure Performance has a fun, positive atmosphere & everyone is friendly, supportive, and helpful. The facilities are clean, and well maintained. Don’t let the size of the gym fool you, it has everything you need to get an amazing workout with plenty of variety!
