Raised the bar for all other mcdonald's I've ever been too. Perfect service. Consistently quick during a very busy time. Cheerful workers. 6 cars in front of me and it only took 2 mins. The definition of fast food.
Been in line over half an hour, restaurant isn't very busy. Their team needs to be organized and put in to shape. We could have went through a sit down restaurant quicker.
20 minute wait in drivethrou with two lines. C'mon man. Next time we go somewhere. I went through drivethrou at McDonald's in Clinton by interstate at lunchtime. From the time I pulled up, order taken, paid received food which was correct& hot it took less than 10 minutes. Outstanding.. Jacksboro needs to get with the program.... Went through drivethrou again two lines 20 minute wait at least. Order was wrong. WE WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!! THIS IS INEXCUSABLE...ud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
Soda was out. Only got carbonated water in drink. Fries were old and cold. Sandwich wasn't fresh. Took old patties and added mac sauce to my burger ud83cudf54
The fries were warm and service quick, but our two cheeseburgers were cold. When we go to that level of McDonald's we except to have it warm.
