The employees took FOREVER to get our food, which was brought out at an absolute snail's pace....Meanwhile while awaited our order - this driver of a rental truck proceeded to back up on an angle- headed directly towards pickup lane 4 - my daughter had to throw her truck in reverse & back up very quickly, so as not to have the sign hit her truck and mostly so the truck wouldn't 'hit' the truck with us in it.....we then called into the location to inform them of 'the incident- which was in fact as it happened a hit/ with damage & run. Because I'm certain that this incident WAS NOT REPORTED.....the workers exact words were ' oh ya well ih well ' - like we actually bothered them by calling to report what had just happened - seriously? Maybe the manager should read this, as per the photos ( you're welcome by the way ) one can clearly see the damage - but then you can also 'see' the information needed to have your sign repaired or replaced. Inside order taker could not do simple math. Told them what the total should be and they did not belive me. Tried to overcharge by $0.67. Told them to get the manager and she said he hit the wrong key. Hate these places.

Get your mcdonald's fix from somewhere else! My mcdoubles constantly come out smashed like someone really hates mcdoubles or something.. It seems intentional? Fries are almost ALWAYS cold and never have enough salt on them. My last complaint would be the sweet tea, first of all they are never sweet? I had one a week ago that tasted like straight up syurp for the first sip then it was sugarless.. super weird. Service is always fast and accurate but the product is really substandard even for mcdonald's..
