Carlos painted stairwells in our townhouse. The walls are super high. After he started, we also asked for him to paint the wood trim and laundry room too. He was very patient and flexible while we were trying to pick a paint color. The quality of work was outstanding, competitive price, excellent communication; fast (1 1/2 days) and clean job site. As a courtesy, he even washed windows that we couldn’t reach! Beth also power washed our dirty garage. We will definitely use NQ Property Care again.
We use this company to clean our windows and gutters. I had seen wonderful reviews about them and wanted to use a local company. We were not disappointed. We had Carlos come back to hang window shades, and do some patching and painting. He did a beautiful job. They have been Proactive in setting up time for him to come back and sand and paint to finish the job. We are so pleased, that we are asking him to bid for other projects in our house. We are so happy that we found this company!
