Essence has wonderful classes plus much more. It is a small personal studio and they really care about making sure I’m healthy. Marilee recently took training for cupping and she’s great. She solved some chronic circulatory issues with her great skills and intuition. My friends moved to a new studio but I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I love Essence Pilates! I've been at Essence for over 7 years. The classes are great because the instructors are great. They’re knowledgeable and extensively trained in classical Pilates and make sure everyone works at an optimal level. It’s the perfect total body workout in a fun supportive environment. I love going and am in the best shape of my life. Thanks Essence!!!
