Pete runs an amazing workout. Thought I was working hard on my own until my first session with Pete. Sport specific drills and the motivation to kick my own butt into high gear! Loved the facility and will definitely be back for more.

The trainers and facility at WIN are the best! They truly care about their clients’ training and especially their health and safety. I’ve noticed growth in my performance and strength since starting training at WIN and I owe it to the work of the amazing trainers! The facility is beautiful, equipment is wiped down between every use, masks are worn, and distance is maintained, I feel so comfortable coming here.

5 star facility all around. The guys at WIN have done such a good job at making the girls and I feel safe during our workouts. They made sure everything was wiped down before and after we used the equipment. It’s literally the best training facility in Illinois and I highly recommend WIN. The facility looks amazing and the workouts are even better!!!

The absolute best trainers/staff with great facility that actually delivers results by teaching technique. I take my 10 yr old son for the speed development, sports performance and football skills. He really enjoys the speed development with Kerry and will even skip other practices just to go. At the end of the day, training is about improving and he’s now noticeably faster! Thanks Kerry, Pete and Grant!

Best place with better people. I've been pitching professionally since 2008 and I trust WIN with my career. They send a positive message to their clients and really give the kids something of their own. If you want to test yourself and learn, this is the place to be. They surround you with wonderful people that make you want to show up EARLY and leave late.
