I highly recommend Body Evolve for both PT and pilates. Sharon and Arlene have helped me recover from running injuries and prepare for multiple marathons. They have never let me down! They are knowledgeable, dedicated and caring.
Looking for a pilates studio? Have an injury and need a PT? Body Evolve is the place to go! All the instructors are highly qualified and build strong relationships with their clients. They help their clients achieve their goals. As far as PT goes, Sharon is absolutely amazing! She has the magic touch. I came to her with lower back pain from figure skating that had lasted for several weeks. It wasn't until Sharon worked on my body that the back pain disappeared. She knows exactly how the muscles, bones and ligaments intertwine and how to release different muscles to alleviate pain. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Body Evolve solved the ongoing pain I had from a healed injury and enabled me to return to my normal active life! Their PT and Pilates knowledge is fantastic and customer service first class! I highly recommend them for their Pilates classes and PT services.
Great Pilates classes and teacher training program. Kathy and Carol are both awesome teachers and people.
