Walgreens at Bannockburn staff makes me feel like I am going to my local friendly neighborhood pharmacy. Every staff member is extremely kind and helpful esp to me as I am a caregiver who needs to be in there to get multiple medications on a regular basis. Their kindness, responsiveness and proactively looking out for my family has saved me many a time. Everyone from Eileen who is the first person you see and is the friendliest person I know and truly seems to care about you. Ali and Rupal are pharmacists that go above and beyond to help me with my numerous prescriptions and crazy requests. Thank you all!!

HORRIBLE WHAT PHARMACY CLOSES AT 5PM ON A SAT? Unreal. We will be taking our perscriptions elsewhere. AT LEAST PUT THE HOURS WHERE IT IS CLEAR WHEN PLACING AN ORDER LATE ON A SAT. UNREAL. On top they are always TOO BUSY and never available. Maybe hire more people, or have better hours.

The pharmacy is completely incompetent!! Have very low expectations and a lot of time and maybe you won't be totally annoyed
