I was greeted with professionalism and a friendly personable smile. Mike was amazing in asking questions about my needs of a new car. He actually listened and was sincere about what I wanted. He was such a pleasure to work with. He and the Gregory team were very helpful and knowledgeable.

We purchased a used kona a couple weeks ago and when we bargained for a reduction in price they agreed,but where unhappy about it.thats the name of the game, everything is negotiable,they didn't have to say yes,but did.si when we came the following day to pick up the vehicle they gave us no floor mats an barely a quarter tank of gas.we live an hour away,coming to this highly recommended dealer,a mistake we won't repeat,and neither will anyone in our large family.the salesman was great,but the finance man and manager need to learn how to treat customers,bargaining is name of this game something they have forgotten,but being petty they're good at.

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company. We purchased an outlander. After being promised a $1000 discount we agreed. However, when we went to go sign, mind you after running our information through who knows how many banks, we were told oh yeah no we were not getting the discount they promised. I reached out to the manager there, Joey Gesualdo who communicated back until I emailed what had happened, and then he never replied. I tried calling on top of my numerous emails, no reply. My wife got ahold of him by chance almost a week later when she called from a different number where he told her, that they don’t do that and was not going to do anything to alleviate the issue, that it was our problem. She felt like they took advantage of her even when she raised her concerns and just because she was a woman they can treat her poorly and not validate her problem. This is a real sleezy way of doing business and I would not recommend purchasing a car from them or an affiliated dealer if that’s how they conduct business.

I needed to get a used car and found their website really easy to navigate and to help narrow down my search. Picked out a few cars to look at, went to the dealership and was able to test drive the cars and picked one out. The sales staff made it very easy to buy a car. They were courteous and informative. Would definitely recommend Gregory Auto Group.
