I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Turbo from Gregory Hyundai in July 2020. I loved that car. Steve in finance worked with me to get to my price point. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase experience.nUnfortunately in January 2021 my car was stolen and deemed a total loss by my insurance. I contacted Steve to inquire about the gap insurance I had purchased and explained what happened. Steve offered to assist me in getting another car.nThe credit application was sent to me that day and I recieved a call the next day from the manager who assured me they would do everything they could to get me in another car.nThe circumstances under which I was shopping for a car were not the best. The staff at Gregory Hyundai alleviated some of the stress. I appreciate the effort to work with me and to keep my purchase within my budget. I highly recommend this dealership andnI will be returning when I am ready to purchase my Genesis G80.

I ended up purchasing a vehicle from Gregory and wanted to pass along a few lessons learned from my experience. First, make sure you get everything in writing. I purchased a used vehicle and the sales person assured me that the remaining service plan carries over to the next owner. It turns out not be true as I found out the hard way when scheduling my first oil change (my fault for not doing my own research on this however in my defense, I had a momentary laps of trusting a car sales guy). Also, whether you are purchasing a new or used vehicle, be wary of the finance guy (or gal). They try and sell you a lot of stuff that sound great but that you really don't need especially the vehicle etching/loss prevention product. It's a complete rip off, little to no value to the buyer but the dealerships make a ton of money off of that product. Also, Gregory has a very silly policy of only giving you half a tank of gas if buying a used vehicle. I tried telling the sales guy that for an extra $20 that it would cost the dealership you could be creating a lot of customer good will however that fell on deaf ears. Finally, I got a nice note Greg Mauro, Owner of Gregory, asking me if I had a truly exceptional experience. I wrote back letting him know that my experience was sub par and would be happy to share the above with him. No one ever got back to me hence this post. The reason for the two stars and not one is that I got a good price on my vehicle.

Just got this new used kona for my wife,the salesman was very nice and helpful.but when it came time to financing they seem to forget everything is negotiable,you don't ask you won't get.but when they give you what you ask for an have a sour expression towards the customer and that's including the manager that's what will not let me recommend this dealership to anyone in my large family or our friends.To give a used but like new kona without floor mats an then when we came to pick up the vehicle the next day,it had barely a quarter tank of gas and we came from an hour away.thats just being petty and vindictive.my wife loves her new vehicle,but we won't ever be back.

John who I think is the Service Manager is wonderful and very kind. John is very knowledgeable and truthful.nWe brought our 2011 Sonata from this dealership.nI only wish that the sales department treated potential repeat customers better. Their greed cost them a new car deal.

Bought a Mercedes with these guys and they made the process from out of state as I reside on the east coast (I organised transportation on my own for just under $600), for the most part as simple as possible. Had a friend test drive the vehicle, and Josh was my sales man, whenever I called he answered and had answers for me, Finance man was good, and Kris sales manager also helpful. Mail issue due to whats going on with the government has held up some of my paperwork, but if you're in the Chicago area and need a vehicle, would recommend these guys.
