Audi Exchange

We had a great experience at the Audi Exchange. We were quickly greeted and on the road for our test drive. Patrick McDonald from sales was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was never pushy or made us feel anything less than in good hands! Dan from the finance team was equally as easy to work with. He walked us through our options and what we were signing, but again never high pressure tactics or such. A very good car buying experience and I would recommend the Audi Exchange in Highland Park to anyone.

I purchased my first electric car from Audi, and Patrick McDonald from Sales was great at answering all my questions and concerns about going electric. He did not try to push me to purchase the car before I was ready or in a color I did not want. The purchase process was smooth and quick with no time wasted once we agreed on price and delivery date. Dan from Finance was efficient in going through options and did not push me to buy extras that I didn't want. Would recommend going to Audi Exchange for their expertise & a no hassle car buying experience.

Our experience at the Audi Exchange couldn’t have gone better in no small part because of our Brand Specialist Patrick McDonald. We had a vehicle in mind and Patrick was quick to show us the exact vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about it and willing to answer all our questions. At no time did we feel any pressure to purchase but a combination of Patrick’s outstanding service , along with the quality and value of the Q5 , made us buy that day. We already own an Audi and have always found this dealership to be too notch.

After going to several dealerships over the weekend looking for something very specific, I ended up at the Audi Exchange on a whim and a hunch. I was greeted by an incredibly helpful and friendly staff who made it so easy to come in and do a test drive.nnThe test drive lead me to speaking with John Anagnos, my assigned specialist. Even though the car I was looking at wasn't in fact an Audi, but a used Kia, he was very knowledgeable on the car's quirks, features, and specs. He was extremely professional, polite, and never pushed me to make any rash/quick decisions. At no point in time did I feel any pressure to settle or make a deal like many dealerships I had experienced and he was so accommodating when I needed a few minutes to think or get information. Ultimately, I ended up making the deal and he made the process effortless.nnJohn then handed me over to Dan Fernstrom in financing. Dan was equally a pleasure to work with. Again, I felt no pressure to opt in or out of any add-ons, he was extremely helpful and patient while helping me decide how much if any I should put down. He also did the work to get me the best financing deal he could find.nnOn a side-note, but still very important at this weird time in history, at no time did I feel unsafe within the dealership. There were abundant places to sanitize, lots of space to maintain social distancing, and everything was by appointment only, so the dealership wasn't crawling with people. Great people, atmosphere, and facilities.
