My experience at Highland Park Ford and Lincoln was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful. Even the coffee was good.
The service department is terrible. It was suggested that I don’t bring my vehicle to be worked on, but I did and received my car back with multiple scratches. I had pictures of my car before and after they had it to validate it. They fixed some scratches, but was upset and rude when they were called out for their faults. I’ve been an owner of a Ford for 10 years, but I’ll be looking elsewhere when it comes time for a new vehicle.
Purchasing my new Ford Escape from Highland Park Ford was a fantastic experience! I have been doing business with them for 6 years now and I am definitely a loyal customer. The staff there is always very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating.
