I have only interacted with the service department to have my 150 in for service. So far they have been great! I have been in for routine oil changes/tire rotations and a few larger things as well. I normally use the courtesy shuttle so I can work while the service is done. The text updates are nice and pretty close to the estimates when dropping off the vehicle. The prices are reasonable as well.

No appointment needed for oil changes, just drive up and wait. Very convenient! Look for coupons on the quick lane website under the Highland Park location

Matt Price was easy to deal with. Did a trade in from out of state, and everything went smoothly. Also liked that they didn't have me waiting around for 4 hours, in and out in about an hour. Also filled the tank up with gas!
