The service here is top-notch; I've never had a better experience from start to finish than working with this group. The service dept. provides excellent customer service, an accurate timeline, and clear communication. Highly recommend if you are need of some quality work.

Every time I come here the lobby is always clean and the staff is professional and friendly.nKevin Ferraresi is an amazing Service Adviser. He has helped me with my 2017 Subaru Legacy that has been having battery and brake issues. He always manages to squeeze me in for service last minute. Thanks, Kevin!!!nEric is a technician worth mentioning. He has worked on my car twice and has done an exceptional job and given good advice with my vehicle's maintenance.nI'm thrilled I purchased my car here.

We began the search for our first Subaru about three years ago and we tend to do a lot of research before we step foot into a dealership. About a year ago, we visited several dealerships initially and a terrible experience at a neighboring dealer (not Muller!) caused us to put our search on pause. We reached out to a member of the Muller team who had been very helpful last year and set an appointment. The process was as easy as it could possibly be… we met with the salesperson, test drove a model that fit our needs perfectly, negotiated the price, and were out the door with a new 2021 Outback in less than four hours. My wife is extremely happy with her new car and I’m already planning to return to Muller in a couple of years when it’s time to say goodbye to my car. Thanks, Marcus and the rest of the Muller team.

We bought a new Forester in 2018 and have been consistently impressed with the service at Muller Subaru ever since. Friendly and professional, they explain what they do and give me confidence in their work and their fees.

Recently purchased a new Subaru from Muller Subaru and we love the car... so much that we’re getting ready to buy a second soon. Sadly, their service department appears to be just like every other shady service department.nnAfter a rock jumped up into our windshield, We called and spoke with a rep, who forwarded us to parts and service because she “didn’t know the price”. Service department quoted us. We decided to go with them! Called back and spoke with the same rep, who now told us the price was 30% higher than the quote we received this morning. The same rep, who didn’t know the price the first time, now knew to charge us a higher price. That’s curious, but, okay.nnWhen we told this rep we were quoted a different price, she stated they would not honor that quote.nnFriends- I’m in sales- and if I quote a price, even if I was wrong, I honor it. If I don’t, I lose customers. Just like Muller Subaru is. For anyone out there looking for a new car, I suggest considering alternatives.
