My husband and I were visiting from Ohio and we had to have some Starbucks. We are Starbuck fanatics! I always order through the app. When we pulled up to the drive-thru, we were greeted promptly and our drinks and sandwiches were ready. The staff was so friendly every time we visited. Yeah, we visited a few :) times. The only reason for my 4 out of 5 star rating is that there was one lady who was at the window when my husband and I pulled up to the window, she was very rude and pushy. My husband couldn't hardly hand me the straws before she was shoving our drinks out the window. Another point that I want to make is that despite the lady with the attitude at the window, those BARISTA'S at this location make the HELL out of some drinks. ALWAYS SATISFIED! I would just suggest always having pleasant people at the window because this is a really nice location.
Nice job of keeping everything clean, service fast. Very happy.
The employees are great and the customer service is excellent!
My order is always correct and everyone is always friendly.
The best place, there is thousands of Starbucks all over Chicago and suburbs but specially the one located in lincolnwood make my Americano perfect!
