Baristas are always friendly and accommodating. Will remember you and your order by name if this is your regular Starbucks. Only downside is the wait time in the drive-thru during the peak morning and afternoon hours (though it’s no worse in that regard than any other Starbucks I’ve been to).
Great drive-thru Starbucks location! Employees are always very friendly and efficient.
This is one of the best Starbucks in the area. I think I bypass 2 of them to come to this one. Customer service is always amazing and when they make a mistake they will own it and correct it. Plus... this is the only one that I can always get my cloud foam caramel coffee made perfectly. I always try to tell them they are the best and thank them for their service. Heads up... sometimes they are extremely crowded.
Terrible. Stopped in on a long journey, needing caffeine and a restroom. They had closed their restrooms, and then after waiting 10 minutes for our holiday drink, told us they were out of it. Now I'd basically soiled myself in their store, we walk out coffee-less and with no offers and almost rudeness for our troubles.
Happy Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for Rachel, she was the barista on duty at the drive thru window and she really made my week better with her chill and relaxed customer service. She’s clearly one of the best the Starbucks has aboard. Happy to have visited this location.
