This is hands down the best gym in the area. The staff truly care about you and stand behind you to help meet your goals. They’re more than just trainers. The gym is clean and they’re constantly striving to do better and provide more. Cannot recommend them enough.
These guys are the best of the best. They truly care about making you fit and their knowledge is off the charts. They push you but make you feel super accomplished. To say that their attitude is professional and upbeat is an understatement. It's the only place I can think of that kicks my butt and makes me excited to go back.
Hands down, best choice I’ve made this year.I highly recommend XS to anyone no matter what your fitness level is. The trainers are AMAZING and offer tons of support and encouragement on you achieving your personal fitness goals. If you want results bring the commitment and XS is the place to get stronger and better !
My 2 daughters have had the pleasure of being part of The XS family for over 7 years. I Love the feeling they give of family. They are personal. They care about the individual person and their goals. They push you out of your comfort zone, they make you work hard, they support you, they are forever family and most important, they Love you. If you want professional, caring, loving, passionate and knowledgeable staff, XS is the place to go.
I have been going to this gym for about 2 years now and it is absolutely amazing. JP and these trainers are always doing something for the people that attend the gym. They put their blood sweat and tears into this gym and it shows. Not one time I have gone in there and not felt like family or not felt able to go there. They make you feel the most important always and make sure everyone has the best experience when they go there. They’re truly such great people and it always feels like you’re apart of a huge family there.nGibson
