The hodgenville location is the worst. A drive through order takes 10 to 15 minutes everytime.
The foods always fresh. Service is fast, especially for how busy they are. And the orders are almost always correct
I’ve in in the drive thru line for 15 minutes already and I’m still not up to the first window! It is slow all the time! They need to hire more people or train better.
Dining are was closed due to Covid-19, according to the hand written sign on the door anyway.
McDonald's is a pretty consistent place normally . The service and quality depends greatly on how busy they are and the ratio of older workers to teenage workers. Breakfast and lunch during the week are the best times for quality which is when most of the adult workers are there. Late nights and weekends are a tossup. Order accuracy is normally good but small things like napkins, straws , sauces , etc.. can often be forgotten .nWeekday morning crew gets a 5 star rating. But the average weekend trip there brings it down to 3.
