Ordered a Big Mac. Patties completely RAW. Manager was very sorry and refunded my money. Seriously how do you serve a almost completely RAW 10:1 patty and not notice it before you serve it to someone? Get your act together.
The Streator McDonald's is disappointing. I know it's just a McDonald's, but even as a fast food restaurant it's abysmal.nnThere are are times where you can be the only person in the drive through but made to wait an inexplicably long time for your food. And even then your sandwich is usually slapped together haphazardly, leaving it an unappealing lump of meat and bread caked in mayonnaise or special sauce.nnBut it is the only restaurant in town open 24 hours.
Food quality is standard fast food. What lowers the stars here is, and I'm not exaggerating; I've never gotten my order back right ONE time here. Not once.
Order was correct but I dont know what's been going on with their french fries lately, even my kids are going yuck. Soggy, cold, and next to no salt. The last 3 visits, once a week.
This is the most hit or miss McDonalds I have ever been to. Half the time they are ok, but the other half food is sloppily prepared, staff are unhelpful, often getting your order wrong. Then when it is wrong they treat you like it is your fault.
