I love that they’re open 24/7 so I can work out early mornings and on weekends. I do wish that there were TVs in front of the cardio machines instead of just a wall. Also I think they need to wash the carpet more. Carpet in a gym can get gross from all the sweat plus they have dogs running around, and while I love their dogs, I can smell them because of the carpet
I attend the Warrior Strong Kickboxing class and Love it! Jenna is encouraging and gives you the extra push you need. The class is challenging physically which has made me improve my strength and endurance to reach my fitness goal. Highly recommend it for everyone!
Great people and atmosphere. Clean and well appointed facilities and equipment. The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. And the Warrior Strong Kickboxing class challenges me and I leave class dripping in sweat but smiling because I had so much FUN while punching and kicking my way into better overall fitness.
Great gym for the advanced fitness enthusiast. The owners are very personable. They offer excellent options for personal training, group fitness classes, and a variety of other services. Best of all they have a Starbucks near by!
I have been a member of several gyms and this is by far my favorite. The owners are great and always there and always willing to give you tips and check form. The gym is always clean and there is equipment for every fitness level.
